This notice explains how 360DesignCX — a division of Mustardtree Partners Ltd, part of The MustardTree Group ("we", "us") — collects and uses your personal data when you contact us through this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide here.
What we collect
When you submit our consultation enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Your name and email address (required to respond to you)
- Your practice or organisation, discipline, and the service you’re interested in (optional)
- Any indicative budget and message you provide (optional)
- Basic technical context such as your browser’s user-agent and country, to help prevent abuse
Why we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation, and communicate with you about the services you’ve asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your permission, and we never sell your data.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries are stored securely using Cloudflare’s D1 database, hosted within the European/UK region of Cloudflare’s network. Access is limited to the 360DesignCX team. As part of The MustardTree Group, your information may be handled by group colleagues who help us respond, under the same protections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as necessary to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records — typically no longer than 24 months — after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@360designcx.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
